Why stg?
September 24th - 26th  Camp Fitch, North Springfield, PA
Storm The Gates is a retreat birthed many years ago out of a necessity for challenging young adults and college students to grow in their faith and walk with Jesus Christ. Founder Pastor Jim Dinger was convicted of the immense need for God to move and radically change the lives of young adults.

Since our first event in 2005, we have been amazed at how God blessed our faithfulness and obedience for every event. We are now embarking on our sixth event and have asked Youngstown Master’s Commission to be our featured guests to lead us in worship, drama, speaking, and small groups.

We believe Storm The Gates 2010 will be the best retreat yet and we believe God will again be faithful in molding and shaping our hearts to become more like His.

This year we will hold the retreat at Camp Fitch in North Springfield, PA. This facility and retreat center features modernized facilities and is located right on the shores of Lake Erie.

Storm the Gates 2010 will once again be focused on three major topics:
Real, Bold & Connected
Real – What does it mean to be a REAL Christian 24/7?
Bold – Boldness in our testimony, prayer life and walk with the Lord.
Connected – Connecting with God and other Believers in and throughout our community.
Following are several testimonies from those attending Storm the Gates over the past years.
I was able to take my eyes off myself and to diligently seek the face of God for wisdom and revelation.
I was challenged to DIG DEEPER into God’s Word.
I am being challenged to maintain a focused lifestyle on Christ…The flexibility of Storm The Gates allowed the Lord to really just speak to me in HIS time.
I was struggling with coming back to the Lord and realized I’m not in my walk alone…
This conference was awesome. I'm really glad I came these two days...This has really helped me get back on track with my devotions.
I liked how often we opened our Bible and got into the Word. You don't do that often in gatherings like this, but I think I flipped to over (50) verses throughout the sessions. Keep encouraging your leaders [speakers] to do that.
I liked gathering with other young adults my age, worshipping, learning, growing and connecting. It's very hard to find these events for our age group.
Great teaching for this age group. Something most churches overlook is the young adult age group. I look forward to next year.
